  • 1 tsp. Ground Nutmeg - 11 Calories
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Cloves - 3 Calories

  • 1 Cup Milk - 150 Calories
  • 1/4 Cup Canola Oil - 384 Calories

CAKE CRUMBLE:

PUMPKIN GLAZE:

  • 6 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter - 611 Calories
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar, Light - 282 Calories
  • 1/3 Cup Confectioners Sugar - 163 Calories
  • ​1/4 Cup Half and Half - 78 Calories
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Cinnamon - 19 Calories
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin - 50 Calories
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract - 12 Calories


SERVES 12: 440 Calories per Slice

 DIRECTIONS:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
  2. Add all dry ingredients of the cake mix into a large bowl. Stir until blended.
  3. Add all wet ingredients of the cake mix to the bowl. Mix until blended.
  4. ​Grease and flour a 12 x 9 baking pan. Add cake mix to baking pan and evenly distribute.
  5. In another large bowl, add all cake crumble ingredients and blend until mix forms into a loose crumble.
  6. Top entire cake mix with cake crumble.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick can be added to the center of the cake and removed clean.
  8. Remove from oven. Let cake rest 20 minutes before serving.
  9. While cake cools, add all the glaze ingredients to a non-reactive sauce pan.
  10. Set stove on low and stir occasionally until ingredients form into a glaze.
  11. ​Drizzle glaze all over cake. Cut and serve.
